Premier league football preview – Week 13 – 2018/19

It’s back to the domestic leagues after another very successful international break for England. What a win over Croatia…

There’s some great games to look forward to this weekend and plenty of opportunity to profit using matched betting.

Watford vs Liverpool

Sat 24/11 at 15:00

Liverpool are the first of the top 5 teams to kick things off this weekend. They have an away trip to an in form Watford team.

Watford have won five out of the last seven home games, so Liverpool will have a tough challenge on their hands. However, they’ll be looking to keep pace with Man City at the top of the table and remain unbeaten.

Watford are boosted by a number of players returning from injury. Troy Deeney and Sebastian Prodl are in the frame to start the match.

Meanwhile, Liverpool will have to do without Adam Lallana due do a minor injury.

I predict a Liverpool win.

West Ham vs Man City

Sat 24/11 at 15:00

Elsewhere in London, West Ham host the league leaders Man City.

Man City will aim to keep their relentless pace on the Premier League, having not been beaten so far this season.

They’ve won the last four on the bounce and you’d be insane not to back them this weekend. In the past three games against West Ham, Man City have won 13-1 on aggregate!

However, Man City will have to do without a couple of players. Benjamin Mendy is out for up to 12 weeks after having knee surgery over the past week. Bernardo Silva is also out of contention due to a minor injury.

At the other end, West Ham are boosted by the return of their captain Mark Noble after his suspension.

The smart money’s on an away win for Man City.

Tottenham vs Chelsea

Sat 24/11 at 17:30

It’s the crunch game on Saturday evening with Tottenham hosting Chelsea.

With one point separating the two teams in the table, this is bound to be a brilliant game.

Chelsea go into this one in slightly better form, having not been beaten in the opening 12 rounds. Tottenham are the only team in the top four to have lost so far this season (3 games in total).

Tottenham have a number of injury woes heading into this game. Davinson Sanchez, Kieran Trippier, Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele are all ruled out.

More promisingly, Christian Eriksen who scored the equaliser in their last meeting, may return from injury.

Meanwhile, Chelsea also have a number of injuries after the international break, none of which have been disclosed by the team.

This is bound to be a cracker. Don’t miss it!

My money’s on an exciting draw.

Bournemouth vs Arsenal

Sun 25/11 at 13:30

To kick things off on Sunday, Bournemouth host Arsenal in another crunch game.

Bournemouth sit four points behind Arsenal in the table meaning a win will draw them close to fifth position.

Bournemouth will be looking to get back to winning ways after losing their last two games in the league. The same goes for Arsenal after having drawn four in their last five games.

In terms of team news, Joshua King may return for the Cherries after recovering from an ankle injury however, they’ll be without Adam Smith due to knee surgery.

Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are likely to be fit after recovering from minor injuries. However, Arsenal still have a lengthy list of injuries.

This is set to be a great game.

My bets are going on a draw.
